Thank you so much for everything!! From start to finish the process of receiving my Caique parrot has been amazing. My bird arrived with great temperament/behavior and came with his nails and beak both maintained. They ensured I had all the information I needed and were always responsive. They even gave me more time to get a full checkup on my bird due to avian insurance and appointment schedule with the vet. Will definitely be doing business with them again.

I purchased my Yellow-Naped Amazon from Exotic Birds Store, but honestly, I regret my decision. For the price I paid—over $2,000—I expected a bird that was at least somewhat socialized. Instead, it has taken me a full year just to get him comfortable around humans, and even now, he only trusts me. From the moment I brought him home, he refused to be handled without trying to bite or pull away. I’m still working on building his confidence, but as a first-time bird owner, this has been a challenging journey for both of us. That said, he does have a great personality. He talks, mimics my laugh, and even cries like my son, which is pretty amusing. While the store itself was clean and had a decent selection, I believe Jason and Melisa should implement a proper process for preparing birds for their new homes, especially given their high prices. Some reputable stores require buyers to visit and interact with their bird multiple times before taking it home, ensuring a smoother transition. Unfortunately, my bird was clearly not accustomed to handling, which has made training much more difficult. Although I love my bird, I would not purchase from Exotic Birds Store again.

Our Experience was more than wonderful with Exotic Bird Store! Jason and the hand feeder, Lissette were great to work with. They communicated with us from the time of our baby Congo Africans Gray's birth until the time we received him. Pictures of our baby were sent weekly and we actually could see the progression of the baby as she got older. The pick up / delivery process was seamless. We took our little one to the vet for a wellness check and the veterinarian said that our little baby was a perfect bird, was very strong and well behaved, and was the best baby Gray he's seen in a long time. He said, "wow, where did you guys get her!" Our Gray was handed over with a food care bag and his favorite toy! Also Jason is available with any questions after the pick up. We've had a few questions a week later and he responds right away. Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Definitely the place to go if you're searching for a new baby parrot! Thank You EBS

I have to say, we had a truly amazing experience with the team at Exotic Birds Store! They genuinely care for and raise their birds with so much patience and dedication. My family and I could not be happier with our Sulfur-Crested Cockatoo, Rocco. We purchased him at around three months old, and within a week of bringing him home, he was amazingly well-weaned and settling in beautifully! Jason and Melisa took the time and patience to show us how to properly care for and raise our bird, which made the entire experience so wonderful. We couldn't be happier with Rocco! Thank you so much, Jason and Melisa, for making our family extremely happy. You do an amazing job raising your baby birds! Keep up the great work!

The customer service is excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about both the birds and their customers. The quality of the birds is outstanding; they are healthy, well-socialized, and clearly well cared for. You can really see the positive changes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reputable bird store!

We purchased a cockatiel and she is the most friendly one we have ever had. She comes right out of her cage to anyone. Loves to be pet and held. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Birds are well taken care of.
